Sean Eubank began his journey as a rap artist in the early 90s at just 14 years old, and his passion for music soon led him to explore multiple facets of the entertainment industry. From fashion retail and music management to mixtape distribution and film publicity, Sean developed a unique understanding of the business side of creativity. His experiences drove him to rethink how record labels operate and explore innovative approaches to revenue generation and artist development that break away from traditional norms.Sean founded Eye B Media with a mission to discover and support emerging talent, particularly in the Caribbean, a region overflowing with creativity yet often underserved by the global music industry. Troubled by the complexities and legacy structures that make it difficult for independent artists in these regions to have their voices heard, Sean saw the need to create a platform to address this gap. Having already pioneered the mixtape industry in the UK, sponsored the Channel U Awards, and contributed to Don Diva Magazine, Sean recognized the importance of building a media company that not only nurtures talent but also creates lasting opportunities for artists.In addition to his work in the media, Sean has spent five years working with high-risk young people in care, helping them transition from semi-independent supported living to full independence. His work in this area has involved mentoring and preparing vulnerable youth for life beyond care, equipping them with the skills and confidence to thrive. Simultaneously, Sean has been active in his community, leading media projects and workshops through The Core Creative Academy CIC. His work with the academy has been instrumental in providing career opportunities to individuals struggling with unemployment, offering pathways into creative industries that they might not have otherwise had access to.Eye B Media is now expanding beyond its foundation in music into a full-scale media company, creating content across various platforms while providing artists with the tools, resources, and global reach necessary to succeed. A key aspect of this growth has been strategic partnerships, including a collaboration with Bwing Global.
